Dawn moved to the Minden area in 2009 and because of her real estate knowledge, immediately started working in our office as an assistant.  She then obtained her Nebraska real estate license in 2012 and Broker license in 2016, and is now the Broker for our office.   She is a NIFA & VA Specialist, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, currently serves as MLS Chair for Realtors of Greater Mid-Nebraska, as a member of the Kearney County Hospital Fund and as a member of the Kearney County Joint Planning Commission.
