Rusty is the Owner of the company and a Sales Associate, as well as an exceptional and well known Auctioneer, specializing in Agricultural land auctions. Dawn Thompson joined the company in 2012 and is the Managing Broker. Lynette is the Associate Broker and has been with the company since it began in 2007. Jeff Loschen farms down by Hildreth and joined the company in January 2019 as a Sales Associate.
